I have covered each Design Team member with Dream dust which has allowed me to invade their dreams to find out what they truly dream about....and I have found out some fabulous and useful bits of scrappy goodness! You MUST create a layout using 5 of these items AND the mystery item and post it in the 'Dream You're a Scrap Star' folder in the gallery before that Saturday at noon.

2) the design team will then vote and the winners will go onto the next round. The advancing members will be posted on Monday along with the next sets of 'dream items'

3) all layouts must be NEW and created for this contest and must not be posted in any other galleries until the contest is over. Please include a list of materials used when uploading into the gallery

4) This is a 5-week Contest/Challenge & requires your commitment to complete each challenge. If you do not or cannot complete a challenge, you will be disqualified.

Sketches! Card Sketch #59

This is my very last card for this awesome and amazing DT. I've just totally had a blast working with Tamara and the other DT members over the past 9 months. I will be keeping Tamara's Blog on my Blog List as Inspirational Blogs because it is. Tamara thanks so much for the amazing scrappy adventures. Your the absolute best! If you haven't tried one of Tamara's Layout or Card Sketches you should head on over and see what the DT's have done with the same sketches. Help get those mojo juices flowing. Here's the card sketch for this week. Have fun and be sure to post links to you creations in the comments section over at Tamara's!

Round #3

We had to scrap trends that were HOT or we like. The trends I thought were hot was bubble wrap stamping technique, bling, 3-D dimensions and cut work. I sad to say this LO didn't get me the Design Team over at The Mosy Scrapper. But I did get a Guest Design Team Spot and I'm thrilled cause it will be very first GDT ever. My spot will be for the month of February 2009. Woohooo thanks Christa and April for the wonderful opportunity.

Round ONE

I'm working my butt off for another design team over at The Mosy Scrapper. Here's my layout that got me onto round #2. Tomorrow I will share that project with you all.

Journaling says:

The kids both started
the summer out by
signing up for coach
pitch and softball
this year. My daughter
had to quit ball after two
games because she fell
off her horse and
broke her arm. So for
the month of June my
son played ball and they
both went to summer
school. They got to do
several activities through
the summer project. My
daughter got to go
fishing with her 6th
grade class.
I've been keeping busy
with keeping the garden,
canning and babysitting.
Two of the hottest jobs is
the keeping garden and
canning what I get out
of the garden.
When I'm not busy with
that I take the kids
to the city pool once a week
for about 3 1/2 hours.
I'm teaching my youngest
to swim. He's coming along
pretty good.
