ScrapCity DT Call asked for new creations for their DT call. So I altered this band-aid tin using my Scrapbooker's Club House Oct Tech Kit, the tin also came in the kit! Gorgeous kit and if you want one of your own head on over to Scrapbooker's Club House. ScrapCity is another brand new scrapbooking site. Everyone is super nice! And I so hope I get on their DT! It would be a dream come true if I got it! I've got my fingers acrossed and I pray everyday that I get it! This creation I made for ScrapCity Wen's Sketch Challenge! Totally cool challenge and I gave it my own sping. I turned the sketch on it side and inked the edges. Inking is the hardest thing for me to do. I'm a bit scared to do it. Cause I never seem to get it to look the way I want. I've seen some really amazing inking from others that just turn out stunning. This is a work in progress for me. But I totally love the outcome of my design! Thanks Wendy for the awesome sketch to work with. Bookmarkers 4 the kids

Made these two bookmarkers for my kids for the WWW challenge over at 2Jills. I've never made a bookmarker and thought this was such a cute idea! I started off making the pink one for my dd. Then my ds saw it and he wanted his own. So needless to say he went through my stash and picked out what he wanted on his. And viola the orange and brown one is his. Scrapbooker's Club House Assignment:

I'm in Group #2 so my assignment was to create a Layout or picture frame using corrugated card board. It had to be seen and we had to use our Sept Kit which by the way totally ROCKS! And this is what I created for this challenge!

First Day of 5th Grade

Some pictures I took of my dd and her first day of 5th grade. Doesn't seem like she should be in 5th grade. Time does fly by and quickly it does! The technique I used on this LO is stamping the flourishes and then cutting them out, placing them around my circle! TFL!
