Clickable Links in your Text Tutorial

I've been asked about how I make some of my words in my text linkable. Well it's really quite easy to do this. I've decided to do this small tutorial for those who want to know how to do this.


Photo #1: Click on NEW POST and this is what your next screen will look like.

Photo #2: Type your text or words you want to say. Now highlight the words you want to have linkable. Just like I show you in the photo. And then click on that little green round ball with a chain link.

Photo #3: Your screen will look like this now. You will need to the url address to place here. So go get that to place in the box like shown. Click ok.

Photo #4: In this photo your text will look like this once you've linked up. And you can continue to type out your texts. OR if you want you can highlight those same words and change their color.

Now you know how to make clickable links in your text.

Scrapbook Dreamer January '09 Contest

Baby its cold outside...at least where I live! Great weather for snuggling under a blanket in front of a fire drinking hot cocoa! Or building snowman, skiing, snowmobiling! Thanks a Latte! Card

This card was inspired by Sketches R Us and I loved it. I used my new scalloped circle punches on this card. I used my smaller punch and cut those punched out circles in half to make my scalloped edges. Added stickles to them. Hope on over to Sketches R Us and get your inspiration with either a Layout sketch or a Card sketch. Cherie is a dynamite sketch artist. Thanks Cherie for the inspiration.

Scrapbook Dreamer DT Dec 2008 Projects

Here's some of my creations (one Layout and two cards) for Scrapbook Dreamer. For the month of DEC we had DT Secret Santa's so that meant that another DT member chose my kit to work with this month. I got to work with Bo Bunny's 'Beautiful Life' line and Daisyd's Rubons. These papers are soo beautiful and you can find lots of wonderful goodies at Scrapbook Dreamers Store. Go check it out ladies. Be sure to check out the inspirational gallery there as well. Anyways I love the papers I got to work with and there will definitely be more creations coming soon to my blog. lol.

Over at Scrapbook Heaven they are having a week long CROP filled with projects for Christmas. At this point I've only gotten to two projects done and I've got some I'd love to get to. Hope I have the time to do so cause are all great projects.

If the crop doesn't catch you fancy then look at the weekly challenges that they have there as well. There's something for everyone. Great place to be ladies! The gals there are super nice and talented.

GDT for Treasured Scrapbooking

I almost forgot to post this but I have some really amazing news. I tried out for the DT over at Treasured Scrapbooking. I didn't get it which by the way upset me quite a bit but I was offered to a Guest Designer spot for the month of December. I'm delighted with this as I really really love Treasured Scrapbooking. Its the coolest place to be. I tell you what the gals over there are amazing and just so full of talent it will knock your socks off. I kid you not. Head on over there if you don't believe me. They also have some really amazing KITS and you can go right here for that. Have a look around you might find something your just have to get your hands on.

I guess I will have to up my game next go around for the DT. I'll just have to do some serious thinking about it. I have 6 months to think it over.
