ICS41/WSC26 ~ Best Wishes

Whimsy Stamps#26 Round UP (circles), I used
a ribbon with rhinestones in it plus made the
homemade bloom and used fabric paint to create
a circle in the upper corner and punched out a
scalloped circle for my sentiment and folded it.
