Congratulations Card


Close up of my card to show the 3-D effect.

I used this card for two challenges: Mojo Monday Sketch and Arty Girlz #16~buttons
I used up some more of my Basic Grey 'LilyKate' pp's and Miss Elizabeth Stamp for this card. Other supplies: Tim Holtz Walnut Stain Ink, sheer ribbons, buttons
